Selling in Germany
Sell German property without the flight.
Selling from six thousand miles away fails on paperwork and unsupervised brokers, not on price. We run the whole sale on the ground for you — for an apartment, a house, or an entire rental building.

How a sale runs
Four stages, fully managed.
You make the decisions. We do the work and keep everything documented in English.
- 01
Honest valuation first
Comparable sales, condition, tenancy status, and building reserves — we tell you what the property realistically sells for, and whether selling now is actually the better move.
- 02
Sale-ready document set
Land registry extract, floor plans, energy certificate, condominium declaration, meeting minutes, reserve statements, tenancy documents. Buyers in Germany walk away from incomplete files; we complete yours.
- 03
Broker selection and oversight
We shortlist local brokers, negotiate the commission, and stay in charge of the process — marketing, viewings, and buyer qualification happen under our supervision, not unsupervised.
- 04
Notary and handover
We coordinate the notary appointment, review the draft purchase contract with your advisors, arrange power of attorney where sensible, and run the handover on site. You never need to fly over.
Considering a sale this year?
We'll give you an honest read on price, timing, and what needs doing first.
What we sell
- A single condominium unit, tenanted or empty
- A single-family or two-family house
- A whole rental building with several tenancies
- An inherited property held by a community of heirs
Before you list
A vacant unit usually sells better than a tenanted one, and a small cosmetic renovation often returns more than it costs — but not always. We model both paths with real figures, including German speculation-period (Spekulationsfrist) timing, so you and your advisors can decide with numbers instead of guesses.
We are not a law or tax advisory firm; we prepare the documentation your attorney, accountant, and German tax advisor work from.
