À la carte

One-off work, quoted before it starts.

Anything outside the monthly scope is scoped and quoted individually — no open-ended hourly billing.

  • New tenant placement

Marketing, viewings, credit and income checks (SCHUFA), German-law lease, handover protocol with photos.

  • On-site visit and condition report

A manager visits the unit and building, documents condition with photos, and sends an English report with recommendations.

  • Renovation management

Scope, three competitive bids, vetted trades, site supervision, defect list, and final acceptance on your behalf.

  • Inheritance package

Land registry and condominium record retrieval, document reconstruction, cost and obligation overview, options memo for your advisors.

  • Sale support

Sale-ready document set, broker selection and oversight, notary coordination, and handover — you never need to fly over.

  • Whole-building operations

For multi-unit rental buildings: service contracts, meters, insurance, capital-expenditure planning, and vacancy strategy.

Ask us for a fixed quote on any of the above — we price the work once we know the property.
